Emerging Dance Development Artist

£16,000 pro rata at 0.6 (3 days per week)
One Year Fixed Term Contract

Cheshire Dance, a specialist in dance participation and artist development, is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for dance and its transformative qualities to take on a new role of Emerging Dance Development Artist within our team.

The Emerging Dance Development Artist will play a key role within the organisation, supporting and contributing to Cheshire Dance’s Artistic Programme and Vision through both practical delivery of dance, project management support and development work. The selected artist will have a strong commitment to developing their own artistic practice and dance development skills.

This role will suit an early career artist or artist transitioning in to a Dance Development role and they will be fully supported to develop their knowledge and practice within the wider dance sector.

required for one day and this will include taking part in a practical session as well as a short interview
