Founded in 1982, U3A is a UK-wide movement of locally-run interest groups that provide a wide range of opportunities to come together to learn for fun. Members explore new ideas, skills and activities together.

Cheshire Dance works with U3A in the local area to provide dance and keep fit sessions to its local members at Winsford Library. The class is designed to offer gentle rhythmic exercise through dance, every 1st, 3rd (and when applicable, 5th) Friday in the month.
