Victoria is a commercial solicitor and senior manager who has significant experience working with and providing advice to multi-national companies. In addition to providing commercial legal advice, she has significant experience in legal operations and legal managed services, including solution optimisation, delivery structures, budget optimisation, resource requirements and management of large-scale legal outsourcing solutions.

Victoria has always been actively involved in variety of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives including volunteering with mentoring and development programmes for young people in Cheshire. She has a particular interest in seeking to remove inequalities by creating opportunities for those from diverse backgrounds to thrive.

Having grown up in Stockport and after spending time in Cardiff, Manchester and the Isle of Man, Victoria has lived in Cheshire for the past 10 years and is passionate about bringing more opportunity to the North West of England.  Victoria attended and then taught dance lessons for over twenty years and has experienced all the benefits dance can bring to a community. She is delighted to be a member of the Cheshire Dance Board where she can help bring her love of dance into the lives of people regardless backgrounds, ages and ability.
