‘The Superpower of Personalities’ by Cheshire Dance’s Associate Artist Ben Wilson is coming to Kaleidoscope Festival for Storyhouse’s weeklong celebration of neurodiversity, inclusion and the talents of those living with a disability.

Following a brilliant reception at our Now Northwich Festival 2024, Ben will be presenting his first piece of choreography following his year-long programme with Cheshire Dance.

‘The Superpower of Personalities’ presents three superheroes with different strengths and weaknesses. Head along to Storyhouse on 9 July at 6pm to see how they fall in love, manipulate each other, do battle and conquer evil in Ben’s explosive dance piece that fuses hip hop and contemporary dance.

Supporting Ben at the festival will be our DS Dance Groups from Winsford, Chester and Crewe, run in partnership with Down Syndrome Cheshire.

In addition to the performance, Ben will also be leading a session earlier on the same day (9 July at 10.30am) for those that want to learn some moves and explore their own superpower through dance and movement.

Both the performance and workshop are free as part of Kaleidoscope Festival but booking a ticket is advised:
