Live Well Dance welcomes older adults to enjoy fun and friendly dance classes and to explore creative movement for a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, including improved physical strength, balance & motor skills, spatial awareness, and mobility to help prevent falls.
Specially designed by Dance Artist Emily O'Shea, CHALK! contains ten different activities for children and their families to inspire imagination, outdoor play, drawing, writing… and, of course, dancing!

Dance to Health responds to the issue of older people’s falls. Dance to Health in Cheshire is delivered by professional dance artists from Cheshire Dance at a variety of community venues, including church halls and leisure facilities.
