Breath of Fresh Air is a 2022 partnership project with Cheshire Wildlife Trust and Cheshire Dance
Breath of Fresh Air has provided gentle movement practice to participants within a 6-week Wellbeing with Nature programme offered by Cheshire Wildlife Trust, with sessions taking place at Coed Wen – a hidden green space in the town of Nantwich.
Each week focused on a pathway: Senses, Beauty, Emotions, Compassion, Meaning and Purpose.
Within these sessions, participants enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect and restore themselves through spending quiet time in nature.
The sessions explored how being in nature, moving freely and taking action for nature can support one’s health and wellbeing and help themselves and their environment to thrive.
