ALFA is an independent group with its own operating principles. The aim within ALFA is to collectively give voice for the artists to develop and present their work in a way that is of equal value and representation.
ALFA comes together to advocate for dance artists and their connections to the wider dance sector; to champion diversity and visibility of artists as well as share resources and knowledge to further the development of the art of dance.
