For all high school ages and abilities, The Spotlight Project is about bringing together young people in and around Winsford for fun, friendly and active sessions at New Images Youth and Community Centre.
Taking place every Tuesday during term time, we are running dance & movement sessions and fitness sessions simultaneously. Young people can come along and take part in the sessions that interest them; trying out new things and meeting new people.
All abilities are welcome, so if you haven’t done this before, don’t worry. Come along and try what you like. Swap and change between dancing and boxing fitness or just choose the activity type that best suits you.
The aim of this group is simply to give ages 11-18 years old the opportunity to get moving and active in a friendly, non-judgemental and no-pressure environment. On Tuesday’s night we’ll be placing the Spotlight on what YOU like to do; so come along, learn something new, build your confidence and meet other young people from the local area.
All sessions are FREE! What’s more, there’ll be snacks, time for chats and the opportunity to do something different on a Tuesday night. No need to book, just turn up.
