Adam joined Cheshire Dance in 1996 following a range of voluntary consultancy projects with arts organisations and a growing passion for the Arts and Dance.

Adam began in the role of Business Manager before becoming Business Director and subsequently Director in 2016. Over the past few years, Adam has led the artistic and organisational development of Cheshire Dance by ensuring a stable and growing artistic profile and programme, a sound and well-resourced financial base and by developing and extending its range of strategic and operational relationships.

Adam is an accomplished producer of creative projects and relishes working in broad partnerships and in artistically and socially challenging contexts.

With a passion (and talent) for photography, Adam is also Cheshire Dance’s in-house photographer!
