Jo Warmington (she/her) is a charity and cultural sector Consultant, with expertise in income generation and business development. Jo works with a number of organisations and is passionate about supporting people to deliver  positive social change through arts and culture. She is Head of Development for Reform Radio in Manchester and a Board Member for Marsden Community Trust. Prior to working on a consultancy basis, Jo was Deputy Director at Arts Catalyst, a multi-disciplinary charity that works across art, science and technology, and Head of Development at Tate Liverpool. Jo has also worked with a number of social action organisations, in development and project management, including the Trussell Trust and Restless Development Nepal.

Jo was a Senior Fellow for the Cause 4 Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy fellowship, delivered in partnership with the University of Leeds Centre for Cultural Studies, and has a PGCert in arts leadership
