Are you (or do you know) a young person that wants to meet new people, explore their creativity and play a part in the production of a large scale outdoor arts festival? Now Northwich, produced by Cheshire Dance, is on the hunt for ages 16-21 years old to join its 2023/2024 Young Producer Programme.

This is a FREE opportunity to get hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience of a festival that draws in around 25K visitors from across the northwest. With the chance to learn about festival production, event management, arts marketing and other skills that will support you in real life – PLUS, the chance to make new memories, unleash your creativity and have a fantastic time – the Young Producers Programme is a really unique opportunity to do something different.

As a Young Producer you will:

• Take part in monthly event planning meetings
• See what happens behind the scenes at an outdoor festival
• Work with industry experts in the planning of the festival.
• Have a say in selecting what performance and youth elements you want to be part of the festival
• Ensure young people sit at the heart of Now Northwich
• Gain valuable work experience and see what it’s like to work in the arts
• Be part of the festival delivery team on the actual festival day
• Have a great time whilst exploring your creativity and meeting new people
• Have the opportunity to work with Cheshire Dance on future projects.
